The online courses are accessible 24/7 and are prepared by a dedicated team of trainers who follow international standards, best practices, and your specific needs.
The e-learning programs feature over 50 courses, ranging from general quality training to product-specific and client-specific instructions. The courses are powered by the WHP Knowledge Center and can be accessed on any device from anywhere in the world.
Our training programs for inspectors and auditors combine online e-learning courses with onsite technical field training led by a mentor. We offer three levels of training for inspectors and auditors, including general introduction to inspection/audit rules, processes, and tests/checkpoints, product-specific/audit-specific courses, and client-specific courses to provide an in-depth understanding of a business’s detailed requirements.
Our inspectors and auditors must take exams at all major checkpoints and undergo field assessment before being certified for independent work. We also develop custom training programs for clients, where our training team builds bespoke lessons and quizzes that combine our quality control and supply chain compliance expertise with your in-house knowledge.
In addition to inspector and auditor training, we offer tailored courses to educate your suppliers on WHP processes and your unique quality assurance requirements. These courses cover topics such as defect explanation, potential causes for defects, corrective actions to be taken, quality monitoring and measurement, and quality tools such as 5S, statistical process control, problem-solving, and continuous improvements.
We provide e-learning reports that cover user status, course status, and group performance, giving you accurate information on assignments completed and how well inspectors and suppliers are understanding the courses. Supplier training can be in the form of online e-learning courses, in-person workshops with WHP experts, or a live video conference.
